Owning the Application Process: Developing your College List without Going Broke

Finding the right college that best meets your needs and is likely to accept you is a challenge. It’s even more challenging to find a school that will give you financial assistance. This interactive workshop will walk you through a personal needs assessment that you can use to develop your list of schools that are "right" for you. Participants will also have the opportunity to see case studies of students who went through the process and how they developed their list of reach, likely, and safety schools. We will also discuss how to find merit based aid and how to communicate "match"l to colleges based on your needs assessment.
